Refunds & Cancellations



By making a purchase or accessing the Website of Manohar Foods (“Seller”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of all of these Terms and Conditions when purchasing 



The logistics of delivery shall be handled by us either directly or through our delivery partners. At the time of confirming an order, an estimated delivery time depending on your location will also be shared with you along with a contact number for tracking the status of your order. Please note that we work our best to ensure that you receive your order as fast as we can but sometimes due to external factors like traffic, strikes, lockdowns etc., your order might take a while longer.



Please note that all orders shall be considered confirmed unless you cancel the order before it is dispatched to you. You need to call us to cancel your order or to change your order before its dispatch. There are no cancellation charges if you cancel your order in the given timelines. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled and no refund will be processed in such cases. All the communications will be shared with you on your registered mobile number or email ID.



You can contact us at the phone number provided to you while placing the specific order or email us with complete details of the complaint encountered by you. We shall try to fix the issue amicably.


However, if there is any legal dispute, then such dispute shall be handled by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Seller. The language of Arbitration shall be English only and the location shall be Bhopal.



Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the Manohar Foods customer care executive within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the item. The reasons for cancellation/refund could be an incorrect item was shipped, or the product has gone bad. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help Manohar Foods team to make a decision. There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer's liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the product is within the expiry date.

For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after a discussion with the customer.

We will usually process refunds within 2-3 business days after a refund request is approved. Then, the Payment Gateway partner takes about 7-10 business days to process the refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.


Product will not be liable for a refund if -

  • Incomplete/ Incorrect address or incorrect contact number is furnished by the customer.

  • The wrong order is placed by the customer.

  • If the recipient refuses to accept the order.
