REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

 

By making a purchase or accessing the Website of Manohar Foods (“Seller”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of all of these Terms and Conditions when purchasing www.manohardairy.com 

 

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

We try our best to ensure all the products are delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: (2 - 3 Working days not including public holidays or declared holidays)

  • Non-Metro: (3 - 4 Working days not including public holidays or declared holidays)

  • Remote and Small Areas: Minimum 3 - Maximum 10 Working days depending on area.

  • Same Day Delivery: Only selected locations within Bhopal

 

P.S. At times, the delivery may take longer than expected due to unavoidable circumstances, (if any). We do not guarantee delivery time for local delivery during festivals. For outstation, since we use a courier service, we do guarantee delivery time.

 

Please note that the delivery timing depends on a number of factors like: weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions and other special events. However, we will always endeavour to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. In situations outside of Manohar Foods control (Product unavailability, Public holidays, Strikes, Natural Disasters etc.), there could be a delay in shipping the Order.

 

Products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. Manohar Foods will not be responsible for delivery delays in case an incorrect or incomplete address provided. Manohar Foods will not deliver to post-box only address. For any changes to the Order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Manohar Foods will try and accommodate the changes as much as possible depending on order status and other parameters. No changes would be accepted once the order has been shipped.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

 

You will get an email/sms/whatsapp with the tracking details as soon as the product is shipped. Any charges like GST, Customs Tax, Customs Excise Duty, Service Tax or any Direct or Indirect taxes, post shipment, in any Country, State/Province, City/Town, District, both National and International, will be liable to the consignee/customer.

 

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Please note that all orders shall be considered confirmed unless you cancel the order before it is dispatched to you. You need to call us to cancel your order or to change your order before its dispatch. There are no cancellation charges if you cancel your order in the given timelines. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled and no refund will be processed in such cases. All the communications will be shared with you on your registered mobile number or email ID.

 

COMPLAINTS, REFUND & REPLACEMENT

You can contact us at the phone number provided to you while placing the specific order or email us with complete details of the complaint encountered by you. We shall try to fix the issue amicably.

 

However, if there is any legal dispute, then such dispute shall be handled by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Seller. The language of Arbitration shall be English only and the location shall be Bhopal.

NOTE

Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the Manohar Foods customer care executive within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the item. The reasons for cancellation/refund could be an incorrect item was shipped, or the product has gone bad. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help Manohar Foods team to make a decision. There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer's liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the product is within the expiry date.

For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after a discussion with the customer.

We will usually process refunds within 2-3 business days after a refund request is approved. Then, the Payment Gateway partner takes about 7-10 business days to process the refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

 

Product will not be liable for a refund if -

  • Incomplete/ Incorrect address or incorrect contact number is furnished by the customer.

  • The wrong order is placed by the customer.

  • If the recipient refuses to accept the order.
